📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders using SAP and other logistics management systems.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve logistics processes and enhance service quality.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.
• Train and mentor new team members to ensure high standards of service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with logistics management systems such as SAP, Jira, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certification in logistics or customer service is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
