• Oversee daily workshop operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Manage logistics for Singapore-based projects, coordinating with local partners and suppliers.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Implement quality control measures and maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Optimize workshop workflows using SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with clients to address their needs and exceed expectations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in workshop operations and logistics management.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams.
• Strong understanding of SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Certification in ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
