CIRCUIT Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Deputy Accounting Staff to join our finance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the accounting team in achieving company goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process and verify invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accuracy.,Maintain and update accounting records and ledgers.,Support the accounting team in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and other financial accounts.,Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including data entry and filing.,Participate in audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
