📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Shop Assistant in managing store operations, including stock control, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with product information, sales, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelves, floors, and displays.
  • Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the Shop Assistant in training and developing new staff members.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining store reports and records.
  • Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods.
