📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including HVAC systems, power distribution units, and security systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the reliability and efficiency of data center operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or incidents that may arise in the data center environment.
• Implement and enforce best practices for data center operations, including disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Utilize monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, and Nagios to track the performance of data center infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including ISO 27001, NIST, and other relevant certifications.
• Provide technical support and training to data center staff on the use of equipment and systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of data center operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility operations, with a focus on data center environments.
• Certifications in data center operations, such as Uptime Institute Tier III, or relevant industry certifications.
• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including HVAC systems, power distribution, and security measures.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and management tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, and Nagios.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
