📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the guest house facilities, ensuring they are clean, well-organized, and ready for guests.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure daily cleaning and maintenance tasks are completed.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, including room assignments and billing.
• Assist with event planning and coordination, including room setups and guest accommodations.
• Monitor and manage inventory of guest house supplies and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of guest house operations and activities.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests and visitors.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or related fields.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) is a plus.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A diploma in hospitality or related fields is preferred.
• Fluent in Indonesian and English.
