As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various aspects of human resource management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate evaluation.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training records.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining HR documentation.,Facilitate employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs.,Support the HR team in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.,Assist in the preparation of HR metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
