📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Handle HR administration tasks, such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and compliance with local labor laws.
• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the HR team in Bali and other locations to ensure a consistent and high-quality HR service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
