📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase product sales and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.,Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales and satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and participate in trade shows and events.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction.,Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is a plus.
