📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborating with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining patient records using electronic health record systems (EHR).
• Assisting with patient education and support, ensuring patients and their families understand their treatment plans and health conditions.
• Participating in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Adhering to hospital policies, procedures, and infection control guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Providing emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during their hospital stay.
• Assisting with patient transfers and mobility as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inpatient Nurse in a hospital setting.
• Professional certification as an RN (Registered Nurse) from the Indonesian Nursing Board (Badan Pekerjaan Umum).
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) and medical software such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
