📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Reviewing financial records, operational procedures, and compliance documents to identify areas for improvement.,Preparing detailed audit reports and recommendations for management.,Collaborating with various departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring that all audits are conducted in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all audit activities and findings.,Providing regular updates to management on audit progress and results.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel).,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
