Agung Vera Medical Center is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various aspects of human resource management. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a growing medical center.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures,Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation,Assist in the development and administration of employee benefits programs,Support the HR department in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for management,Support the HR department in any other tasks as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
