In this role, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and contributing to the overall success of our organization. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, such as leave management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations matters, including addressing grievances and providing guidance on HR-related issues.,Support the HR team in the preparation of reports and analysis related to HR metrics and KPIs.,Participate in team meetings and projects as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fresh graduates or candidates with limited HR experience are encouraged to apply.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic knowledge of HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
