📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on market trends.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client needs are met.,Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.,Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or sales.,Proven track record of success in sales and relationship management.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Knowledge of the coffee industry is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
