Toko Adi Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Lead and mentor a team of store assistants to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Collaborate with the regional manager to ensure consistent brand standards and customer experience across all locations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
