Sentral Maya Kebab is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Branch Manager to lead our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. As a Lead Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and growth of our branch. You will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff performance, and driving sales and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food preparation.,Oversee staff performance, conduct regular training sessions, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Drive sales and customer satisfaction by implementing effective marketing strategies and providing excellent customer service.,Monitor branch performance against set targets and KPIs, and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and well-maintained branch.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and events, and contribute to the overall success of the Sentral Maya Kebab brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the food service industry, preferably in a kebab or fast-food chain.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales and customer satisfaction.,Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required. English language skills are a plus.
