📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.,Lead a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product growth.,Manage and optimize the sales territory, ensuring efficient coverage and customer satisfaction.,Participate in product launches and promotional activities to drive sales and market presence.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory requirements.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
