Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow,Coordinate with various departments to meet operational goals,Monitor and report on operational performance and metrics,Implement and maintain standard operating procedures,Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations,Manage and maintain inventory levels and supplies,Plan and organize operational events and activities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus,Ability to travel as required by the business
