PT Melati Garuda is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and optimize our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production targets.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge.,Maintain and update production schedules and plans.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP or production management software is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
