📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.,Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
