📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the assigned area, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and products to customers.,Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction within the assigned area.,Manage a team of sales representatives and support staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure their success.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the assigned area.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular site visits to assess the condition of the area and address any issues that arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales or service industry.,Proven track record of success in sales and customer satisfaction within a similar role.,Strong understanding of the local market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and customer relationship management software is a plus.
