📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of our facilities, including office spaces, warehouses, and operational areas.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles and equipment.,Develop and implement facilities management policies and procedures.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.,Monitor and manage energy consumption and utility costs.,Ensure the safety and security of our facilities and employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior or management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing facilities operations and budgets.,Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience in managing international teams is a plus.
