📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the organization.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Collaborate with HR team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant HR software.,Understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a plus.
