📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and administer competitive compensation packages, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
• Analyze market data to ensure our compensation strategies remain competitive and attractive to top talent.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement employee benefits programs.
• Manage the end-to-end compensation process, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation-related queries.
• Work with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely compensation data.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proficiency in using compensation software such as Workday or BambooHR.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
