📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate client inquiries and service requests
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of logistics services
• Maintain and update client records using SAP and other relevant software
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Monitor service levels and identify areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of new service offerings

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduate with a strong academic background in logistics or related disciplines
• Basic knowledge of SAP and other logistics software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
