📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business goals.
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective and efficient sourcing.
• Oversee the procurement team, providing leadership and mentorship to achieve operational excellence.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
• Leverage procurement tools and software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Report procurement performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Strong knowledge of procurement software and tools, such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar.
• Certifications in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Understanding of local market dynamics and regulations in the Philippines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
