📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Translate technical documents, contracts, and correspondence between Indonesian and Mandarin.
• Conduct on-site translations for meetings, presentations, and other events involving Chinese stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate and timely translations.
• Review and proofread translations for accuracy and clarity.
• Stay updated with industry-specific terminology and best practices.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports and other documentation for Chinese clients.
• Provide cultural context and support to facilitate smooth communication.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of translation strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Indonesian and Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in translation, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Translation Studies, Chinese Language, or a related field.
• Certification in Translation or a similar professional qualification is a plus.
• Proficient in using translation software such as Trados, memoQ, or similar.
• Strong understanding of construction terminology and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
