PT Pantja Artha Niaga is looking for a dynamic Event & Merchandiser to join our team in Denpasar, Bali! This role is perfect for individuals passionate about creating unforgettable brand experiences. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our events and the promotion of our products through effective merchandising strategies.

As an Event & Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events, from small-scale gatherings to large-scale exhibitions. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop creative and engaging event concepts that align with our brand identity. Additionally, you will oversee the merchandising activities, ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted to attract and retain customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute various events, including product launches, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging event concepts and promotional materials.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure the smooth execution of events and the availability of necessary supplies.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure they are adhered to while delivering high-quality experiences.
• Gather and analyze event feedback to improve future events and merchandising strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations for events.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service throughout all events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning and merchandising.
• Proficient in using event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of merchandising principles and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media marketing and digital tools is a plus.
