📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of field operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of field staff.
  • Ensure that field staff are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Monitor and analyze field operations data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, vendors, and service providers.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of field operations with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve field operations efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to field operations team members.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in field operations management, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing field operations in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Experience with Airbnb or similar companies is a plus.
