📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Manage the budgeting process, including forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Lead and mentor junior finance staff, fostering a culture of financial excellence.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial supervision or a similar role in the hospitality or service industry.
• Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in using financial software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and SAP.
