📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee the licensing processes for clients, ensuring compliance with local and national regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with licensing requirements.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline licensing processes, improving efficiency and reducing turnaround times.
• Provide guidance and support to clients on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of licensing processes into broader business operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all licensing activities and compliance status.
• Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and ensure timely updates to licensing procedures.
• Represent Private Advertiser at industry events and forums, advocating for compliance standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance or licensing roles, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of local and national regulations governing business operations in Bali.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
• Certification in regulatory compliance or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
