PT Telinco Networks Indonesia is seeking a skilled Data Center Solutions Engineer to join our team in Jakarta Selatan. As a trusted technical advisor, you will bridge the gap between our clients' needs and our data center solutions, ensuring they receive cutting-edge, tailored solutions that drive their business forward.

In this role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities. You will then leverage your deep technical expertise to design and propose data center solutions that align with their business objectives. Your daily tasks will include conducting technical assessments, developing solution architectures, and presenting proposals to clients. You will also collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct technical assessments and site surveys to understand clients' current infrastructure and future needs.
• Design and propose data center solutions that meet clients' specific requirements and business objectives.
• Collaborate with sales teams to present and negotiate solution proposals with clients.
• Work with operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support of data center solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in data center solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the lifecycle of their data center solutions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of data center solutions to identify areas for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings and client presentations to showcase the value and benefits of our data center solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data center solutions, with a strong focus on pre-sales and technical consulting.
• Deep technical knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and virtualization.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, such as VMware, Cisco, and Microsoft System Center.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients at all levels.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering data center solutions to enterprise clients.
• Certifications in data center technologies, such as Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) or VMware Certified Design Expert (VCDX), are a plus.
