📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create detailed and accurate technical drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure design specifications are accurately translated into drawings.
• Review and revise drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements, building codes, and industry standards.
• Prepare construction documents, including shop drawings, schedules, and specifications, to support the construction phase.
• Participate in design reviews and meetings to address technical issues and propose solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software updates, and best practices in MEP drafting.
• Maintain and organize project files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of drawings and documents.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract drawings for client submissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in MEP drafting, with a strong portfolio of previous work.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla, with experience in creating detailed MEP drawings.
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to Bali.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
